Uriah Heep has announced a South American tour for 2023, with a single performance in Brazil as part of the route. The show will take place in São Paulo in December and marks the band's return to the country after almost a decade. (Update 09/29/2023: The band will also perform in Curitiba, find out more here ).
With over 50 years of career and countless rock classics in their catalog, Uriah Heep's South American tour has confirmed dates in Peru (December 5th), Chile (December 7th) and Brazil (December 10th), at Tokio Marine Hall in São Paulo. The series of shows in South America is produced by Top Link Music .
Pre-sale tickets begin this Friday, September 15th, exclusively for Tokio Marine Hall customers. General public access to tickets starts on Sunday the 17th, through the Eventim website. Prices and seating sections have not yet been announced.
Formed in the late 1960s, Uriah Heep conquered the world with classic albums such as Look At Yourself (1971) and Demons and Wizards (1972). Currently, the group consists of original member Mick Box (guitar), vocalist Bernie Shaw , keyboardist Phil Lanzon , bassist Davey Rimmer , and drummer Russell Gilbrook .
The tour coming to Brazil celebrates more than five decades on the road and an extensive discography with 25 studio albums, the most recent being Chaos & Colour , released in January 2023.
