Under Influence released the single “Saudade” via Wikimetal Music . The track is the third and final sample from their new EP, which will be released in November.

“Love, phases of life, friends, places… this single tries to explain a little of this feeling that only exists in our language,” says the São Paulo-based band. The latest song, like the already released “198What?” and “We Ain't no Bonnie and Clyde” , is marked by an intense rhythm and energetic layers of guitar and bass, exploring the melodic hardcore sound of the 90s.

In addition to a lyric video, "Saudade" also includes a music video directed by Fernando Dranger and filmed during the band's performance at the Belvedere bar in Curitiba.

The next full-length album, which follows the debut album Same Old, Same Old (2022), is inspired by bands like NOFX and Bad Religion and the genres of thrash metal, surf music, and funk grooves. “Our aim remains to have a simple sound, but this time we worked more on the songs. It’s a more mature project.”

Under Influence consists of Guilherme Sanches (vocals and guitar), Antonio Polverini (guitar), Diogo Pinto (bass), and Rafael Ferraz (drums).
