Tuathafest will feature the band Kernunna as a guest.

Folk Metal fans have plenty of reason to celebrate with the announcement of the first Tuathafest, the Folk Metal festival of Tuatha de Danann.

The event, scheduled to occur quarterly, will take place for the first time on November 24th at Manifesto Bar in São Paulo and will feature the band Kernunna as a guest, launching their album "The Seim Anew".

The festival will also feature the acclaimed band Tuatha de Danann performing the entire album "Trova di Danú," among other classics.

“This is a pilot event that we want to do quarterly, always with a band from the national folk scene. It's a way to unite bands of this style and further promote the circulation of our work and that of the other participating bands,” says Bruno Maia, vocalist and guitarist of Tuatha de Danann.
