During Campus Party Brasília, on June 22nd of this year, Iron Maiden's vocalist , Bruce Dickinson , revealed that he planned to "bring a special product exclusively for Brazil".
The group then announced Trooper Beer, an IPA made in partnership with the Paraná-based brewery Bodebrown. Brothers Samuel and Paulo Cavalcanti, who run the company, revealed that it was created alongside Dickinson to incorporate Brazilian ingredients.
Trooper Beer features cocoa nibs (fermented, dried, roasted, and crushed cocoa beans) and a blend of hops that reveal notes of tropical fruits. The beer has an alcohol content of 5%.
