Last Wednesday, the 24th, the production company A24 revealed the release date for the tribute album to the classic Stop Making Sense , by Talking Heads .

The announcement was made on the 40th anniversary of the premiere of Stop Making Sense at the San Francisco Film Festival. The production company also restored and re-released the film last year.

The project, titled Everyone's Getting Involved: A Stop Making Sense Tribute Album, will be released on May 17, 2024, and pre-orders for the vinyl are already available.

Announced on January 31st and with four tracks already released, A24 has also revealed the album's complete tracklist – check it out below.

Among the songs already released are covers of "Burning Down The House" by Paramore , "Making Flippy Floppy" by Teezo Touchdown , and "Take Me To The River" by Lorde .

Alongside the reveal of the tracklist, release date, and vinyl pre-order, a new track has been released: Girl in Red .

Finally, Miley Cyrus has already given a taste of what's to come at a private event in Los Angeles.
