After three years without releasing new music, the band Trezedog returns with a bang, showing they're more than back. Combining heavy riffs with Flavio Vanzellotte , "No Fear" speaks of courage and persistence, coinciding with the start of a new wave of releases.
The web video, directed by Tiago Hóspede , bassist, guitarist and producer with experience in Dead Fish, Medellin and currently Strike , is the first from the new EP Liberdade , which will be released later this year. To mark the moment, the web video brings back the faces and names of the band members, showcasing the team that takes the field to show that "no one will back down".
Drawing on influences from bands like Raimundos, Rage Against The Machine, Denotautas , and Charlie Brown Jr. , Trezedog was formed in 2011 in the city of Maresias, on the north coast of São Paulo. Their first album, Sagacidade Demais , was released in 2013, featuring 17 original tracks that led to a tour in several cities in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Bahia.
In 2015, the band was invited to participate in several festivals after the release of Tente Ignorar , an album with 13 tracks. Among the performances, the band was at the Sampa Music Festival (SP), Pampa Music Festival (RS), World Rock Day (Barra do Una), Summer Festival (São Sebastião), among others. In this album, the song "Atitude" stood out for its protest theme.
The shows continued throughout the band's career, which included appearances alongside bands such as Raimundos, Dead Fish, Ratos de Porão, Glória, Fresno, Nx Zero, CPM 22, Ira, Project 46, Supercombo, and Medulla , in addition to being invited to open for POD at Tropical Butantã in São Paulo.
