Today we have the honor of welcoming to Weekly Metal, this week's birthday boy, one of the greatest bass players in Metal: Jason Newsted, in the Wikimetal Top 3!
Jason became world-renowned for his work with Metallica over 15 years (from 1986 to 2001), but he also recorded beautiful music during his time with Flotsam And Jetsam and Voivod. And of course, with his projects Echobrain and Newsted.
