This week we celebrate some unforgettable collaborations in the world of Metal: Duets in the Wikimetal Top 3!
There are countless historic duets recorded in the history of Rock and Metal. From the early collaborations with the immortal Lemmy to Metallica's recent Grammy performance with Lady Gaga.
But since we can only choose 3, we start with the sensational duet between Cristina Scabbia of Lacuna Coil and Dave Mustaine of Megadeth in the re-recording of the classic “À Tout Le Monde”. The original version, belonging to the 1994 album Youthanasia , was renamed “À Tout Le Monde (Set Me Free)” and appears on the 2007 United Abominations
Next up, two of the greatest voices in the history of Heavy Metal: Rob Halford and Bruce Dickinson, sharing their talents on the song "The One You Love To Hate," a track from Halford's solo album.
And to complete the picture, two more voices that can easily be included in the Hall of Fame of all time: Ronnie James Dio and Geoff Tate, on the incredible track "The Chase" from Queensrÿche's Operation: Mindcrime 2
Check out these 3 videos we've chosen and leave in the comments other songs that could be here.
