Dream Theater 's first concept album since the legendary "Scenes From A Memory" and will tell the story of a group of rebels who defy an oppressive empire.
It's a double album featuring the same lineup as their last albums: James LaBrie, John Petrucci, Jordan Rudess, John Myung, and Mike Mangini.
