Tool and Billy Strings team up and play "The Grudge" at a show.

The track is part of Tool's 2001 album 'Lateralus'.

Tool concert in Nashville, at the Bridgestone Arena, guitarist Billy Strings was invited on stage to play a song together.

The performance took place last Tuesday, the 23rd, and the chosen track was “The Grudge”, from Tool’s album Lateralus (2001). Strings had already made a special appearance at a Tool show in October 2023.

The website The Tennessean described the performance: “Strings (…) calmly climbed onto the stage with an electric guitar and traded riffs with Tool guitarist Adam Jones on the song 'The Grudge'. Jones even stepped back and let Strings come up on stage where he played his electric guitar with the same skill and precision as the bluegrass acoustic guitar he is known for.”
