Tony Iommi would like a new Sabbath album.

Guitarist says future depends on his health.

In an interview with the music website CT, Black Sabbath guitarist Tony Iommi spoke about the possibility of a new album from the band. Iommi explained that, because of his cancer, he cannot commit to anything right now.

“Because of my treatment, I can’t commit to something that lasts two years. I have to take it slowly now. But I’m really enjoying it. We’ll see how the rest of the year goes, and at the end of the year we’ll decide. I’d really like to do another one.”

Ozzy has also commented in interviews that he would like to make a new Black Sabbath album. The vocalist said he would be happy if "13" were the last one, but that he hopes the band will record together again.

The album “13” reached number 1 in sales in the United Kingdom and the United States, where it sold 155,000 copies in its first week. This was the first time Black Sabbath had topped the sales charts in the US.

Black Sabbath will be coming to Brazil in October, playing in Porto Alegre on the 9th, São Paulo on the 11th, and Rio de Janeiro on the 13th. Tickets for the São Paulo show are already sold out. Tickets can be purchased through the Tickets for Fun .
