In an interview with Eddie Trunk , Tony Iommi stated that it would be good to play a few more shows with Black Sabbath .
Iommi, who had to stop touring due to his medical condition, said he feels a little guilty for "ending the touring life" of Sabbath, as it was basically his choice.
However, when questioned by Trunk about the possibility of doing one last show, the musician seemed positive about the idea, but clarified that it wouldn't be a casual or small thing; if Sabbath were to return, even momentarily, it would have to be for a large tour with a big production.
Another motivation for reuniting Black Sabbath, even reinforced by Ozzy Osbourne last year, would be to have drummer Bill Ward back, since the musician couldn't be at the band's last shows due to contractual reasons and physical limitations.
