In an interview with Mojo magazine, Black Sabbath guitarist Tony Iommi said he intends to resolve issues with drummer Bill Ward, a founding member of Black Sabbath who was not part of the band's reunion. See his statement below:

“Bill felt he got a bad deal. We never dealt with it, we left everything to the managers. We just wanted to play together and have fun. We did play with Bill a little bit and then it didn't happen.”.

It would have been nicer to have Bill with us, but unfortunately it didn't happen. At some point I want to call him. I still love him, he's still my brother, but people fight. To be honest with you, I have no idea what the hell happened because I don't handle the business side of things.

Black Sabbath will play the last show of their career on February 4th in Birmingham.
