Tommy Lee is being accused of sexual assault in a lawsuit that was filed last Friday, the 15th.

Rolling Stone and The Blast obtained the official document and report the incident involving a woman (whose name was not disclosed) who alleges she was sexually assaulted by the drummer of Mötley Crüe during a helicopter trip in 2003.

According to the court documents, the woman in question had been invited for a helicopter ride by pilot David Martz , with whom she had become friends. On the day of the visit, however, she discovered that Tommy Lee would also be accompanying them.

Lee and Martz allegedly began using drugs and consuming alcohol, and the victim was forced into the cockpit with them and made to sit on the drummer's lap. The drummer allegedly attempted to force a sexual interaction in various ways, both by groping the victim's body and by trying to force her to perform oral sex. The pilot, David Martz, allegedly "only watched" the scene. The lawsuit alleges that at this point the victim "was in tears but had nowhere to go" because she was trapped in the cockpit and had limited mobility.

The lawsuit also alleges that the woman in question did not report the incident to the authorities at the time because she felt she wouldn't be taken seriously. "These feelings, along with Lee's fame and the climate of the music industry at the time (in which rock-n-roll stars like Lee thrived and gained even more celebrity through lewd and hedonistic conduct) led her to believe that nothing would happen if she reported Lee and Martz's conduct to the local police authorities," an excerpt states.

According to Consequence , pilot David Martz, who died in an accident in 2015, lost his license three times over the years. One of these losses was allegedly for engaging in oral sex with a porn actress during a flight, and another for dropping Tommy Lee off at a Nine Inch Nails , stopping in a public street.

The drummer from Mötley Crüe has not yet commented on the allegations.
