Tommy Lee was allegedly assaulted by his son, Brandon Lee
According to TMZ , Tommy Lee's son will no longer face charges of assaulting his father.
The Los Angeles prosecutor dropped the case against Brandon Lee because the Mötley Crüe drummer decided not to cooperate with authorities – even though it had previously been reported that he was going through with the prosecution.
Brandon, Tommy's son with Pamela Anderson, allegedly punched his father in the face while defending himself during a fight, but Tommy disputed the accusations: “My fiancée and I were in bed when my son broke into the room and assaulted me. I asked him to leave the house and he knocked me unconscious. He fled from the police. That's the truth.”
The 55-year-old drummer posted a photo of his facial injuries, followed by the message, “My heart is broken. You can give your children everything they want in life and they can still turn against you .” Read more here .
Tommy's ex-wife, Pamela Anderson, also made a statement, saying, "I hope Tommy gets the treatment he needs. His actions are humiliating. He's a disaster out of control. And he's not acting like a father. But that's nothing new ." Read here .
