The guitarists will perform in the country in September
Tom Morello and John 5 have been confirmed as headliners for the Samsung Best of Blues festival, which will take place in São Paulo and Porto Alegre in September.
The guitarists will perform at the Anfiteatro Por do Sol on the 15th, in the capital of Rio Grande do Sul, and at the Auditório Ibirapuera, in São Paulo the following day. To complete the lineup, the Brazilians from Camarones Orquestra Guitarrística – Ana Morena (bass), Anderson Foca (guitar), Yves Fernandes (drums) and Alexandre Capilé (guitar) – and Isa Nielsen , a guitarist who has played with Detonator, were called in.
Tom Morello, who is currently working with Prophets of Rage , will come to the country to promote his new solo album, The Atlas Underground, which is scheduled for release on October 12th.
John 5, known for his work with Marilyn Manson, Slipknot, Steve Vai , and Rob Zombie , will be showcasing his extensive solo career.
