The vocalist must wear a tracking device
As I Lay Dying's lead singer, Tim Lambesis, posted $2 million bail and was released from prison. Now free, Lambesis must stay away from his ex-wife and their three adopted children, surrender his passport, and wear a GPS tracking device at all times.
The singer had been in jail since May 7th, accused of soliciting the murder of his ex-wife. Lambesis was arrested after handing over the access codes to the house and offering money to an undercover detective.
Lambesis pleaded not guilty, and his lawyer claimed that the vocalist was suffering from mood swings and that his mental state was affected due to heavy steroid use

Lambesis' bail, which had initially been set at $3 million, was reduced to $2 million at a hearing on the 17th. As I Lay Dying cancelled all upcoming performance dates this year and, on their official Facebook page, thanked fans for their understanding and support.
