A mysterious statement released by Rammstein scared fans last year.
In August 2024, Rammstein released a statement after the end of their European tour that left a good portion of their fans quite apprehensive about a possible hiatus for the group.
In the statement, the band thanked the audience for their unconditional support:
"We would like to express our deepest gratitude to all our fans, friends, and everyone who came to our shows. Thank you for your support and affection on this 2024 tour. We could feel you everywhere and were carried away by a wave full of emotions."
In the same statement, the group took the opportunity to comment on the abuse allegations involving Till Lindemann :
“We have been actively dealing with the allegations made against the band since last summer. We take this debate seriously, even though much of it is unfounded and grossly exaggerated. It is an internal process that will stay with us for a long time. Each of us does this in our own way and deals with it differently. At this time, we would especially like to thank our families and loved ones for their unwavering support and love; they too have been severely affected by the allegations made and the way the media has handled them.”
