– I knew rock before I knew the world, inside my mother's womb. My father, an avid Pink Floyd fan, had all the vinyl records and always listened to each track at full volume on those classic modular stereos, with a wooden finish and incredible sound. I grew up becoming an even bigger fan, and I started collecting albums, books, everything related to Pink Floyd and David Gilmour, who won me over with his melodic vocals and guitar chords. David knew how to innovate, and he left his trademark on the band in a formidable and respectful way. I get lost in every song, in every guitar solo.
I saved every penny to go to this show. But my dream was to give this ticket to my father so he could go with me. He truly deserves it, because it was my father who introduced me to the great classics, to this unique style and its roots that is Rock and Roll… Pink Floyd… David Gilmour! I owe him this gift!
