Anyone who has ever played Guitar Hero III will surely remember the riffs of the song "Through the Fire and Flames" by the band DragonForce .
During the NFL semifinal game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Baltimore Ravens , one of the biggest events on American television, teasers and trailers for the season's main films were shown. Among them was the teaser for Despicable Me 4 DragonForce song as its soundtrack.
On his social media, guitarist and band founder Herman Li shared the teaser, accompanied by the message: “DragonForce music in an NFL primetime halftime ad? Yes, it’s happening with 'Despicable Me 4'. ❤️ Thank you!”
With a release date already set in Brazil for July 4th, the film, which follows the story of Gru (voiced by Steve Carell ), presents the most beloved villain in cinemas, now facing the challenge of being a father to baby Gru Jr. while confronting his arch-enemy Maxime Le Mal (voiced by Will Ferrell ) and his girlfriend Valentina (voiced by Sofia Vergara ).
Packed with rock music in its soundtrack, the official trailer for the film featured one of the most classic sounds in world rock n' roll, the song "Sweet Child O' Mine" by the American band Guns N' Roses , which accompanies the adventures of Gru, his family, and the minions.
