Morrissey and Johnny Marr will not be part of the reunion.

Three members of The Smiths have announced a series of concerts that will present a reinterpretation of the iconic Manchester group.

Mike Joyce (drums), Andy Rourke (bass) and Craig Gannon (guitar) will join the Manchester Camerata Orchestra for a series of shows in London, Manchester and Edinburgh before embarking on a full UK tour.

The Manchester Camerata is famous for working with artists from various musical genres such as the band New Order, Graeme Park, and DJ Mike Pickering.

Classically Smiths tour will consist of Smiths classics and tracks that have never been played live before.

The reunion will only bring the three members back to the stage; Morrissey and Johnny Marr will not be part of it.
