British band Thousand Thoughts released their debut album, Better Than Never, this Friday, the 23rd.
Featuring 12 unreleased tracks, including the previously released singles "Undone" and "Prisoner," the album showcases the group's nu-metal sound, which, in addition to blending metal and hip hop, ventures further into electronic music.
To celebrate the release, the group released the music video for "Circles," the new single from the album. You can watch the video at the end of this article.
Speaking about the new release, the group commented in a press statement about what the album represents to them: “This album represents so much of years of pain and suffering, from self-harm to self-defense. Blood, sweat, and tears went into this record, and we couldn't be prouder of what we've created after so much dedication, despite all the obstacles we've encountered along the way. Better late than never, right?”
The group formed in 2017 as part of a college music course taken by Ethan Smith , the band's vocalist. Now, Thousand Thoughts features, in addition to Ethan, guitarists Tom Caine and Will Fox , and drummer Adam Field .
