The Spanish band The Wizards Rise of The Serpent this Friday, the 26th . Exclusively on Wikimetal, the stoner metal band's third studio album showcases influences from various rock subgenres.
The release follows the single “Age Of Man,” which had a dark music video where the band appears participating in a cult ceremony. You can watch the video below.
With the release of Rise of The Serpent , the group hopes to "carry the flag of hard rock and heavy metal around the world," according to the guitarist, who explained a bit about the band's sound in a statement to the press:
It's a mix of everything we like. We certainly have a strong and obvious heavy metal influence in our music, but if you listen deeper, you'll find a bit of 1970s hard rock, a doom element, and even a little punk. We like rock and roll and blues in all its forms.”
