The Velvicks have released their newest single, “ChaChaCha”, via ForMusic Records . It is the second track released this year by the group, following “LA” , which is formed by Brazilians who now live in New York. To promote the song, the band has just finished a tour of several cities on the west coast of the United States.

Speaking about the new song, vocalist Victor Nader explained: “This song tells the story of a troubled young woman who runs away from her responsibilities in Mexico City in search of a fresh start, only to discover that you can never escape yourself. 'Wherever you go, you're there.' She creates a whole new set of problems on the other side of the border.”

Featuring Victor's intense vocals, the track is influenced by Foo Fighters, Pink Floyd, Queens of the Stone Age , and The Black Keys . Listen to "ChaChaCha" below.
