Bruce Dickinson has revealed more news about the shows on The Mandrake Project Live 2025 . The tour will include a stop in Brazil, with an exclusive show at The Town on September 7th at Cidade da Música, in the Interlagos racetrack, São Paulo.
In an interview with Trunk Nation With Eddie Trunk , the Iron Maiden commented on the setlist for the North American tour The Mandrake Project Live 2025 , which is scheduled to begin on August 22nd in Anaheim, California [transcription via Blabbermouth ]: “We’ll do an Iron Maiden song. We’ll prepare a few. But we’ll do one at each show.”
Then, Bruce Dickinson spoke about the one-off show in Brazil, revealing which song he will play at The Town festival:
“One of them will be 'Revelations'. The reason for that is because we're going — in the middle of the tour, we're going to do a show in Brazil, which is the 40th anniversary of my arrival in Brazil with Maiden. It's São Paulo, at this big festival called The Town.”
“And then 'Revelations' is a truly seminal track because it was the track where I cracked my head open with the blood from the guitar running down my face, which was on the front page of every newspaper in Brazil the day after Rock In Rio [festival in 1985],” the vocalist confirmed.

Reception of The Mandrake Project
During an appearance at the MI Conversation Series at the Musicians Institute , California, Dickinson commented on the fan reaction to his latest solo album, The Mandrake Project , released in March 2024:
“Yes, it was incredible. Honestly, the reception was great. The reaction to the show during the European tour (last year) was fantastic. Of course, we only did two or three shows here in Southern California (in April 2024) to warm up before going to Brazil… But it was brilliant. And the audience understood.”
"I mean, not everyone is going to like everything you do—it's not mandatory—but I think it's a very varied album. Heavy, but also emotional. It worked very well live. In fact, there are some tracks (from the album) that we haven't played—in fact, we've never played them—but we're going to include them on the US tour. 'Shadow Of The Gods,' which is the most popular track on the album, that we haven't played yet. So yes, the American audience will have that privilege, and the European fans will be envious."
