Riding the wave of recent success from their first music video, released back in 2020, the São Paulo-based band The Seer has released their second single and music video, “Nothing”.

Featuring vocalist Lucas Povinha , guitarist Rafael Savone , bassist Clodoaldo Barboza , keyboardist Lucas “Salsa” Cardoso , and drummer Lucas Emidio , The Seer emerged in 2020 with their first single, “Mother,” and later, during the pandemic, created The Seer Sessions , a musical platform with covers, versions, and tributes to artists who inspire and influence the project.

Recently, The Seer was featured on TV Record and the R7 Portal , chosen from among thousands of independent artists of completely different musical genres, with their work, "Mother," being broadcast on national television.

“Nothing” speaks about the value of time. Time marks the temporality of life in the evolutionary sense that everything is ascension and growth, but the curve is not always a constant straight line. The more time passes, the more we change, and in this evolutionary process many no longer recognize themselves.

“Nothing” is an ode to time and as such, it allows itself to be built slowly and delicately through captivating and unforgettable melodies, inviting you to a delightful reunion with your own time.

The recording took place at Covil Studios and was mixed and mastered by Hugo Silva of Family Mob Studios, with editing and distribution by MCMMAA. The song was co-written and co-created by Gustavo Pacheco and Lucas Prado . The music video was directed by Eduardo Covello Crescenzi and produced by The Seer.
