The Rolling Stones ' new album is currently being recorded, according to the British tabloid The Sun. It will be the 31st studio album released by Mick Jagger and company.
According to the website [via MusicRadar ], the vocalist, and guitarists Keith Richards and Ronnie Wood have been frequenting Metropolis Studio in London since April.
According to a source, talks with record labels regarding the album's release are at an advanced stage.
"Mick, Keith, and Ronnie have been secretly recording their new album with their drummer Steve Jordan . They have 13 songs they're happy with and are discussing when they can release them," the source said.
Hackney Diamonds (2023), is once again the producer album was the group's first release in almost twenty years.
Originally, there were no plans for a new Rolling Stones . For 2025, the band had focused on a summer tour of Europe and the UK, but the idea was quietly shelved.
In 2024, the group went on tour, promoting their recent work, but the tour only included dates in North America. Sixteen cities were scheduled between April 28th in Houston, Texas, and July 17th in Santa Clara, California.
