The Californian punk band The Offspring will come to Brazil in 2025! The confirmation came through a mysterious video released by the official Instagram profile of the production company 30e.
The video in question is an advertising campaign for what appears to be a new festival called Punk Is Coming. At the end of the video, the Offspring logo can be seen on the Brazilian flag, the same artwork used by the group to announce the single "Come To Brazil" last month. In addition to The Offspring, the material suggests that five other punk rock bands will be confirmed.
The post also includes a call to register on the Punk Is Coming website to receive updates about 30e's mysterious project. The production company is responsible for major events in Brazil, including the I Wanna Be Tour festival, aimed at the emo audience.
In addition to the production company, journalist José Norberto Flesch , known for announcing shows in advance, also used his social media to confirm the band's arrival in the country and stated that the group will play between March and April of next year.
Come to Brazil
The band's return to Brazil was already expected after the announcement of the single "Come to Brazil," a track that will be on the band's upcoming studio album, Supercharged . The promotional materials for the song included references to the country and participation from Brazilian fans.
One of the artworks used to promote the single was the band's logo on the Brazilian flag. This is precisely the same logo that the production company 30e used in their enigmatic video.
“Come To Brazil” is now available on audio platforms and features a lyric video in Portuguese. Check it out:
