The Offspring were seen filming scenes for the new music video “Come To Brazil” at Bar do Biu, one of the most famous and traditional bars in Pinheiros, São Paulo, on Wednesday night (12).

According to G1 , the bar owner, Rogério Biu , said that the band members tried several dishes: “They loved my mother's food: sun-dried beef croquettes, fried cassava, pork leg with onions, cachaça, and chili peppers. We talked a lot about the shows of theirs that I went to previously, and they were friendly and attentive to the fans.”

The band toured Brazil at the beginning of March, playing in Belo Horizonte, Rio de Janeiro, Curitiba , Porto Alegre, and São Paulo . The tour featured other big names in punk rock: Sublime , Rise Against , The Damned , The Warning , and Amyl and the Sniffers .

Tribute in “Come to Brazil”

The track “Come To Brazil” is featured on The Offspring's new album, SUPERCHARGED , their eleventh studio album, which follows 2021's Let The Bad Times Roll

The band took advantage of their time in Brazil to film scenes for the music video of the track. Before each show, an announcement prepared the fans: "We're filming a music video tonight, so get excited!"

In an interview with Wikimetal, guitarist Noodles commented on the track: “Our Brazilian fans keep telling us this, and it’s an honor to be able to fulfill this wish! We’re super flattered, so we decided to write a ‘lovesong’ about it. We love our Brazilian fans, we know about the heavier rock bands you have there, it’s really great.”
