The nightclub where Dimebag was murdered is for sale for US$1.29 million

Guitarist was murdered during a Damageplan concert in 2004

The Alrosa Villa nightclub, located in Columbus, Ohio, was a major meeting place for rock and metal fans and bands until 2004, when 25-year-old former U.S. Marine Nathan Gale murdered "Dimebag" Darrell Abbott.

On December 8, 2004, the guitarist for Pantera and Damageplan was performing on stage when Gale shot him and four other people. Now, 15 years after the tragedy, the house is for sale for US$1.29 million.

The company responsible for the sale, Best Corporate Real Estate, released a PDF file with all the information about the property, displaying photos and highlighting its advantages, such as space and location. However, for Dimebag fans, the place will always be tainted by the musician's passing.
