The Inspector Cluzo releases documentary about the country life of the rock duo.

`Running a Family Farm` shows the daily routine on the French farm.

The duo The Inspector Cluzo have finally released the sequel to Rockfarmers (2015). The French duo's new documentary, called Running a Family Farm , accompanies their latest album and showcases rural life on the musicians' family farm, which uses an agroecological approach.

Directed once again by Yan Sourigues , the documentary shares records of the daily lives of the inhabitants of the Lou Casse farm over the past three years. The result is a simple and factual account of the agroecological farm experience, aiming to reveal what works, but also what doesn't work within this system.

Rural themes also lead to current and urgent dialogues, discussing the current production system, global warming, and the importance of protecting small producers—issues addressed in the album Horizon , The Inspector Cluzo's ninth studio album, released in January of this year.

Speaking about Horizon in a statement released to the press, the duo commented: “Each song [on the album] relates to an event in our lives, something we have personally experienced, especially as professional farmers. Our fight against large factory farms to protect our geese and our Lou Casse farm, to protect an agroecological farming system, both against large agricultural corporations and against greenwashing propaganda,” they explained.
