The Hu has not yet announced their new studio album, but this Friday the 13th, the Mongolian heavy metal band released the new single "This is Mongol," a tribute to their people and their country of origin, wishing them great prosperity.

The song was released along with a music video directed by John Connor Hammond . Regarding the video, vocalist Jaya commented: “We filmed in the Mojave Desert (California). We enjoyed shooting the video, which happened during our tour and gave us a break to think about our home.”

“The music perfectly matches the environment in which we filmed the video. It was one of the best memories we created as a band, and it was special because our producer, Dashka , was with us to oversee the entire process,” he concluded.
