The year is almost over and Mötley Crüe is still making waves! The band's biopic on Netflix, The Dirt , is one of the highest-rated films by audiences in 2019, according to Rotten Tomatoes.
While the film received only a 39% rating from critics, the audience score reached 95%. A total of 6,533 people rated the film.
The rating is higher than that of Bohemian Rhapsody and Rocketman , two other musical biopics released this year.
The Dirt also received a higher rating from audiences than Martin Scorsese , The Irishman , which starred Robert De Niro, Al Pacino, and Joe Pesci .
It also beat Toy Story 4 , Joker , and Avengers: Endgame .
