The Devil Wears Prada releases new experimental song “Please Say No”

The experimental track will be on The Devil Wears Prada's next album, The Act

The Devil Wears Prada has released the lyric video for their new single “Please Say No”. The track, quite experimental and powerful, will be on the band's upcoming album, The Act . The release is scheduled for October 11th.

“'Please Say No' is based on a scene from the book 'Never Come Morning' by Nelson Algren,” said vocalist Mike Hranica . “It’s harder to explain than any other lyric we’ve ever written. To say it stems from class injustice is insufficient. To say it was born from a violent crime is an understatement. Lyrically, I ask interested listeners to read the lyrics. Musically, I encourage them to enjoy what I consider the most atmospheric song on the album.”
