In August of this year, we revealed here that Glenn Hughes , formerly of Deep Purple , had become the newest member of The Dead Daisies . Now, the group has released the first official photo of the new lineup.
When discussing Hughes's entry into the musical collective, as they call themselves, it was revealed that John Corabi (The Scream, Mötley Crüe) and Marco Mendoza (Thin Lizzy) left the group and "remain part of The Dead Daisies family, but have decided, at this time, to work on their solo projects."
The Dead Daisies were in Los Angeles recording new music with vocalist and bassist Glenn Hughes. The group is expected to return to the studio this year to finish a new album, which should be released in 2020. The first track had been leaked, and our partner Gastão Moreira had access to it; see it here .
