Dave Mustaine wants to do a joint tour with Megadeth and Metallica

In an interview with Revolver , Dave Mustaine expressed a desire to reconnect Metallica bandmates . Although the guitarist participated in the final show of the group's 30th-anniversary tour in 2011, there have been no further collaborations between them since then.

"You know, I liked them. If the friendship were to rekindle, it wouldn't bother me. I would accept it, and I think it would be nice to revisit that time. But I think that, since there were many wounds and misunderstandings when we were together, it would be difficult not to keep talking about the past."

“I think what needs to happen is a Metallica/Megadeth tour. Period. I’m sure that would make everything alright. We could just hang out. Spend time together. But I know they tour differently than we do. I mean, when we tour, we play a lot, a lot of shows,” he added.
