The Black Dahlia Murder shares a frantic music video for “Panic Hysteric”

The Black Dahlia Murder releases an energizing and ripping video for the track “Panic Hysteric,” from their tenth studio album Servitude (2024), released via Metal Blade Records.

The song is a modern classic in the acclaimed and established Swedish metal genre. Vocalist Brian Eschbach comments (via Metal Injection ): “Lyrically, it’s a tribute to the fear and outrage that rock 'n' roll instilled in America in the mid-20th century.”

The artist continues: “I was reading passages from Frank Sinatra , who didn’t like rock 'n' roll, and was quite eloquent on the subject. I used his passages a few times during the song. It was a fun Sunday writing these lyrics. And I won’t lie – vodkas and Shirley Temples were involved.”

The band will be touring North America alongside Dying Fetus as headliners, supported by groups like Spite , AngelMaker , and Vomit Forth , in what is expected to be one of the heaviest tours of the year.
