In recent years, Wikimetal has consistently dedicated a significant portion of its space to promoting new bands, rock and metal releases, and the best songs of the year.

Whether through our "New Releases" playlist featuring the week's latest offerings, updated every Friday, or through the "Discoveries" playlist , a compilation of up-and-coming bands that we constantly update.

In 2023 we had incredible releases , including those from iconic bands that hadn't released albums in a long time, such as Metallica , the Rolling Stones , and VIPER .
