True friendship between friends has been a recurring theme in rock music long before James Taylor captivated the 200,000 people who sang along with him "You've Got A Friend" at the first edition of Rock In Rio in 1985.
There are so many songs that talk about this theme, from the beautiful song " Lean On Me" by Bill Withers, an integral part of the TV series "The Wonder Years," which had an anthem about best friends as its opening theme, to the unforgettable " With a Little Help From My Friends " by The Beatles, immortalized in the voice of Joe Cocker.
