The best albums of 2005

This week we decided to remember great albums that will be 10 years old in 2015 and remain current and alive in the memory (human and digital) of our WikiBrothers and all fans of Rock and Metal.

And as has often happened, 2005 was also a very rich year for fans of the genre. So much so that we had to leave out great albums like Alice Cooper's "Dirty Diamonds," Arch Enemy's "Doomsday Machine," Rammstein's "Rosenrot," or even Bon Jovi's "Have A Nice Day" for those who prefer lighter, more commercial sounds.

Nevertheless, we've selected the 11 best albums of 2005. Check out our list and leave in the comments other albums that are celebrating their 10th anniversary and deserve to be on this Top 11:

11. Dark Ages (Soulfly)

10. Ghost Reveries (Opeth)

9. Ascendancy (Trivium)

8. The Black Halo (Kamelot)
