According to CNN , a rare notebook containing handwritten notes and lyrics by the Beatles will be displayed at a museum in Liverpool, England.
The notebook contains notes dating from between 1967 and 1968. Among them are the handwritten lyrics to "Hey Jude" by Paul McCartney George Harrison 's notes for "All You Need Is Love." The interior also contains scribbles and drafts from all four members of the band.
According to a statement, the notebook in question belonged to the Beatles' tour manager, Mal Evans . Almost two decades after her husband's death, his widow, Lily Evans , auctioned the item, which was purchased by a Liverpool businessman named Alan Murphy .
The item will be on display at The Beatles Story Museum starting in February.
