The union between generations in the sound of The Basement Rocks.

Brazilian band delivers a fun album full of classic references

By Murilo Henrique

Hailing from the immense city of Guarulhos, the guys from The Basement Rocks have been actively working since 2003 and this year, they released their first full album entitled Turning Water into Wine , a work that delivers a lot of attitude, feeling and class, as is typical of rock music.

Drawing heavily on the influence of classics like Led Zeppelin and AC/DC , the band presents the perfect formula for tuning the instrumentals to the listener's vibe, with a clear focus on the listener's experience.

What stands out in the band's sound is the union between classic and contemporary elements, developing a sound that embraces all these generational mixtures, exploring timbres and riffs in an intense yet specific way.

For fans of timeless classic rock, the band's new work is a great choice, whether for listening to at work (now at home) or for a relaxing weekend, which speaks volumes about the band's versatility.

The work is available on all digital platforms.
