Tickets offered to Bieber fans who were mistreated

The Darkness's lead singer, Justin Hawkins, proposed an unusual way to compensate Justin Bieber fans who paid $2,000 for a Meet & Greet with their idol in San Diego and who suddenly received the news that, due to illness, the pop star would not be able to attend.

The Darkness then decided to offer free tickets to the band's show on April 10th in San Diego to Justin Bieber fans who had purchased the package and were negatively affected.

The most curious thing is that in order to receive their $2,000 refund (approximately R$8,000), fans had to return the entire package, including the tickets that granted them access to the show.

However, they would have the right to take a photo with a cardboard poster of Justin Bieber, as shown in the image below:

That's why The Darkness decided to offer free tickets and a Meet & Greet to these fans. They posted about it on their social media:

“Saving Justin Bieber fans is in our nature. The Darkness abhors cruelty, especially when it’s done in Justin’s name. In solidarity with the Justin Bieber fans in San Diego who were unceremoniously denied their right to a Meet & Greet with their idol, despite paying $2,000 for the privilege, Justin Hawkins of The Darkness invites: 'Come meet me and I will greet you. No cardboard posters will be used. And you will also be able to meet my bandmates Frankie, Rufus and Dan. We await you with love in our hearts.'”
