Testament has released their version of Metallica The track is the third single from the compilation album No Life 'Til Leather – A Tribute To Metallica's Kill 'Em All , which will be released by Silver Lining Music on November 14th.
Testament vocalist Chuck Billy commented: “We had a blast doing the cover of Metallica’s “Seek & Destroy.” Songs like that started a movement.”
A star-studded tribute to Kill 'Em All
The Almighty 's frenetic version of "The Four Horsemen." This marked the first recording by the band with its original lineup since 1991.
Guitarist Ricky Warwick said the opportunity was “really obvious,” since Metallica is “a huge influence” on them. “It was a little stressful because we hadn’t been in the studio for that long. (…) I think it turned out great, make sure to crank the volume up really, really loud!”

“It was a total honor to be invited to participate in this album, especially to record the iconic bass composition '(Anesthesia) – Pulling Teeth' by the one and only Cliff Burton ,” commented Ellefson. He revealed that he used an Aria Pro bass and a Morley fuzz/wah pedal from Cliff to replicate his tone.
No Life 'Til Leather – A Tribute To Metallica's Kill 'Em All is described as a "colossal celebration" of Metallica's debut album. The compilation brings together legends who inspired the band and subsequent generations.
Veteran names like Saxon , Diamond Head , and Motörhead (three of Metallica's favorite bands) are alongside rising stars like Tailgunner and Soen . The album also features Tygers of Pan Tang and Raven , who were part of the famous "Kill 'Em All For One" tour with Metallica in 1983.
No Life 'Til Leather – A Tribute To Metallica's Kill 'Em All will be available on vinyl, CD, and digital formats.
