Terminal Sleep released their new single “They Circle Below” last Wednesday, the 9th. The Australian metalcore band also announced a partnership with Nuclear Blast Records to release their next album.
The track and music video deliver a frenetic experience that oscillates between grooves and energy perfectly packaged in its fusion of metal and hardcore. “They Circle Below” was recorded at Chameleon Studios in Sydney, Australia. Elliott Gallart produced and mixed the track, while Brad Boatright handled mastering at Audioseig .
Bec Thorwesten , vocalist of Terminal Sleep, commented: “The song explores the journey of navigating one's own self-doubt and the suffocating pressure of the expectations we create for ourselves; overcoming mental turmoil and realizing that the only way out is by going through it.”
Formed in 2022 and shaped during the pandemic, the band makes no apologies for its ferocious style; an explosive fusion of heavy music that champions personal empowerment and gender equality, as well as the importance of mental health. This message of music with substance is just one facet that fans can expect, along with a reputation for delivering explosive live performances.
