Tellus Terror claims she was kicked out of her dressing room on the orders of Dani Filth of Cradle of Filth.

A band from Rio de Janeiro had to get ready in a public restroom after an order from the frontman's team during a performance at Carioca Club in São Paulo.

Tellus Terror , a Brazilian symphonic death metal band, claims they were ejected from their own dressing room on the orders of Dani Filth . The Rio de Janeiro-based group opened for Cradle of Filth on August 23rd at Carioca Club in São Paulo.

According to a post on the band's social media, Filth's team allegedly ordered the members to remove their backpacks and belongings from the dressing room. Because of this, the group had to improvise and ended up using public restrooms to prepare for the show. [ via Igor Miranda ]

Full statement from Tellus Terror regarding their ejection from the dressing room during the Cradle of Filth show.

“Last Saturday, Tellus Terror had the honor of sharing the stage with Cradle of Filth in São Paulo. First and foremost, our eternal gratitude goes to you, the audience. Without you, none of this would make sense. Secondly, our thanks to Sob Controle Produções, who made this event possible.”

“And thirdly, our gratitude to our entire team behind Tellus Terror: audio technician, lighting technician, roadies, drum tech and our driver – all warriors who, along with us, woke up at 1 am to load the van at 3 am, set off, unload and pre-assemble everything offstage.”

"Not everything is rosy. Unfortunately, there was a regrettable incident. Cradle of Filth, through Dani Filth and his team, ordered us to be evicted from our own dressing room, without any reason."

“This took away our chance to rest, get ready, and prepare properly for the show. We had to improvise: showering with disposable cups in the public restrooms, doing our makeup right there, wearing our costumes scattered on the floor of public restrooms, because there was nothing else to do.”

"It was an extremely disrespectful and rude attitude on the part of Cradle of Filth towards a small and humble band that was there simply to do their best."

“We were informed of this order from Cradle of Filth by the local production team very suddenly, which made us extremely sad even at that moment. They were expressly ordered to hurriedly remove our backpacks and bags from the dressing room, like rats being chased out of a kitchen.”

“We left sad, but not broken. Nothing shook our desire to get on stage and give our all to the audience. And so we did: tired, exhausted, without a minute of rest, but with our hearts on fire, to offer an intense, true and honest show.”

"Because in the end, a dictatorial band can order us to stay even in the streets, but they can't control our desire to do our job and perform for the public. Our eternal gratitude to the audience that was there! We hope to see you again soon."
