Taylor Momsen celebrated a 25-year journey since How the Grinch Stole Christmas by releasing a special video that blends past and present in a moving visual narrative. The production opens with her childhood appearance on The Tonight Show , creating a direct link to the mature and bold artist she is today. In the video, Momsen performs a symbolic duet with her younger self before taking the stage in a rock-infused, reimagined rendition of Christmas classics from her new EP.
Between festive settings and smooth transitions to tracks like “When We Were Young,” the video culminates with the singer, alone under the spotlights, wearing a red Christian Siriano as she sings “Christmas, Why Can't I Find You?” for the first time in two and a half decades, in a powerful tribute to her artistic evolution and the journey of The Pretty Reckless.
On August 22, the group released Taylor Momsen recently stated that recording for the new album is not yet complete.
