Tarja Turunen has announced the release of a special Christmas album. Dark Christmas is scheduled for release on November 10th.
The album will feature cover versions of Christmas classics such as Paul McCartney , Wham! 's "Last Christmas," Mariah Carey 's "All I Want For Christmas Is You ." Other songs like "Jingle Bells," "Frosty the Snowman," and "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" will also be included.
Tarja Turunen's new album will also feature the previously unreleased track "Dark Christmas" and the single "Frosty The Snowman," which is already available.
Tarja comments: “It was fascinating to delve into this new world. You will appreciate these Christmas songs with our spooky arrangements that truly sound like they never have before. It was a pleasure to team up once again with Jim Dooley and Tim Palmer . I hope you enjoy our take on the dark spirit of Christmas.”
