Talinda Bennington , Chester , announced the '320 Festival', whose first edition will take place in May 2020 in Los Angeles.

The event's mission is to raise awareness about the importance of mental health and to help those who need care.

The one-day festival will feature benefit concerts, talks on mental health, and more.

Talinda said: “The idea for '320' came from my personal experience and recognizing that we need more care for those suffering from mental health problems and addictions. For 13 years I watched my husband Chester struggle with depression and substance abuse. I felt scared and alone many times. I didn't have enough education to deal with the challenges he faced and I needed information. But finding answers and available help for my family was very difficult.”

"So here's what I've learned. We don't need to create more programs – there are good programs out there. But we need two things. We need access to help. And we need to change the culture of mental health so that those who need it – and their families – can speak openly about their struggles, so they can seek the support they need."
