Last week, System Of A Down achieved a feat few have accomplished: placing the acclaimed "Toxicity" on Spotify . The track belongs to their second album of the same name, released in 2001.
Currently, SOAD has two tracks in the club, with "Chop Suey," a song from the same album, surpassing the mark in April 2023.
This coveted playlist on the platform features classics such as "Bring Me To Life" by Evanescence , "My Girl" by The Temptations , and "Paranoid" by Black Sabbath , among others.
Songs that reach one billion plays on the platform are automatically included in the Billions Club playlist, which was created in 2020 and features all the tracks that have already surpassed this milestone.
And to celebrate, in addition to including the tracks in the playlist, the platform itself presents the artists with a plaque.
